Dutch Cheeses - Edam / Gouda / Smoked / Blue Vein (R/W)

Cheese's made from Cow's milk, mild to sharp flavours with varied aging process and added cultures. It gives the Dutch cheeses their distinct flavours.

Provolone Dolce & Provolone Piccante

Dolce is made using calf's rennet and aged approx. 2 - 3 months. Piccante has a distinct piquant taste it's produced with lipase (enzyme) derived from goat and aged a minimum of 4 months.

Gruyere Cheese

Described as a creamy and nutty when young, becoming more assertive, earthy, and complex as it matures.


Is veined italian blue cheese, made from unskimmed cow's milk. Buttery with a bite from it's blue Vein.

Manchego Cheese

Firm and compact consistency with a buttery texture, and often contains small, unevenly distributed air pockets.

Pecorino Cheese

Made from sheep's milk cheese and aged for about 8 months. Great for table cheese or grating.
